Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zaarow website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Zaarow is a back-office tool that lets field teams log time, expenses, mileage, equipment activity, schedules, and notes through a chat-style interface by voice, text, or photo, and provides dashboards and reports built from that data. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for your team members' use of the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor at the price and team size you select. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription only if you choose to subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others’ rights.
• Send messages or content that is harassing, deceptive, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except your own team members.

As between you and Zaarow, you own the content your team submits to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it back to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to interpret your messages, transcribe voice, read photos, and generate summaries and drafts. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for convenience only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or safety advice, and you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

If you enable SMS logging, standard message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for ensuring that the team members who text your Zaarow number consent to receiving messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

The Service relies on and may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaarow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zaarow harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless otherwise required by law.
